Legion Commander
Find a Duel target allies can finish and use the resulting numbers advantage immediately.
First check
Who can damage the Duel target, and what enemy save can reach that location?
Play as Legion Commander
- Trade in lane around an allied follow-up instead of forcing every brief Overwhelming Odds opening into a long chase.
- Choose Duel from a position where teammates can arrive before enemy saves; a solo catch on the wrong target may cost the whole fight.
- Keep Press the Attack available for the teammate whose continued action matters most, then turn a won Duel into an objective.
Play against Legion Commander
- Protect vulnerable heroes from the first Blink and Duel angle without placing every defender in the same initiation area.
- Hold a reachable save or control response for Duel and account for the allies who will arrive behind Legion Commander.
- When Duel is unavailable, pressure waves and objectives instead of letting her reset for another isolated pickoff.
Make the lesson stick
For each Duel, record the chosen target, allied damage in range, enemy save, and what happened before the next wave.
