Chaos Knight
Find a short, decisive contact where Reality Rift and illusions overwhelm one target.
First check
Can your team identify and reach the target before the enemy clears the illusions?
Play as Chaos Knight
- Use Chaos Bolt with allied damage in lane rather than spending mana on a chase your partner cannot join.
- Before committing Phantasm, check the enemy area control and whether Reality Rift will pull the target toward allies or danger.
- Convert a won skirmish into a tower or Roshan attempt while your illusions and teammates are still available.
Play against Chaos Knight
- Keep vulnerable heroes behind the first contact point so Reality Rift cannot start the fight on your only save.
- Hold area damage or control for the illusion commitment and identify the real target before spending the decisive spell.
- Move the wave away from your tower when his team is grouping; a short burst fight is less valuable if there is no structure to take.
Make the lesson stick
For three Phantasms, record the intended target, enemy illusion clear, ally follow-up, and objective gained before illusions expired.
