Windranger
Find a useful Shackleshot angle and apply damage while moving around the enemy response.
First check
What is behind the target, and where will you stand if Shackleshot misses?
Play as Windranger
- Move for a real tree or second-unit Shackleshot line before casting; a quick shot without a useful angle may waste the catch.
- Use Windrun to cross a known threat, then keep an exit for the enemy response that follows your first target.
- Choose a Focus Fire target your allies can reach and protect the path that lets you keep attacking it.
Play against Windranger
- Avoid standing between Windranger and a nearby tree or allied unit when she is looking for Shackleshot.
- Check current accuracy and spell options against Windrun instead of assuming every attack will connect.
- Force her to change targets or retreat during Focus Fire by threatening the route she needs to keep attacking.
