Invoker
Choose the right spell sequence for the current fight and arrive with the mana and position to finish it.

Which two spells answer the next contact, and who supplies the setup?
Play as Invoker
- Plan a short spell sequence before leaving the lane. A reliable two-spell contribution is worth more than searching for a perfect ten-spell combo.
- Track your mana, invoked spells, and nearby ally control before joining a skirmish. Arriving early with no usable follow-up wastes the rotation.
- Use lane pressure to force an enemy response before looking for a long-range contribution elsewhere on the map.
Play against Invoker
- Identify the spells he has prepared and the ally likely to set them up. Change your spacing before the control chain starts.
- Pressure him after a major spell sequence is used, when his team has fewer ways to defend the next wave or objective.
- Keep vision on the approach to a fight so he must cast from a visible position rather than freely choosing a back-line angle.
