Play as Dark Willow

Place Bramble Maze to protect a retreat or narrow an enemy approach, then tell allies which path remains open.
Use Shadow Realm to avoid a specific incoming threat while preserving the position needed for the next spell.
Coordinate Terrorize or Bedlam with allied control so enemies cannot simply leave the valuable fight area.

On the enemy team

Play against Dark Willow

Look for the safe path around Bramble Maze before committing to a chase through the threatened area.
Hold a response for Dark Willow’s position after Shadow Realm instead of spending every spell while she is difficult to target.
Keep vulnerable heroes apart enough that one area control sequence cannot decide the entire objective fight.
